We collect personal information that you choose to provide when you interact with the Services. This typically occurs when you create an account, communicate with us, or subscribe to a paid plan.

If you choose to provide additional profile details, such as a display name or organisation name, we will process that information as well.
If you contact us for support or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide in those communications, including message content, attachments, and related metadata such as the time and date of the communication.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive limited billing-related information from Stripe, such as your billing name, billing email address, payment method type, and the last four digits and expiration date of your payment card. We do not collect or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
When you install and use the Froxi AI Chrome extension, we collect limited technical information necessary to provide the extension's functionality.
The Chrome extension monitors the URL of the page you are currently viewing in order to identify whether you are on an App Store Connect or Google Play Console page and to determine the appropriate context for the publishing guide and AI agent. This URL monitoring is limited to App Store Connect and Google Play Console pages. The extension does not monitor, collect, or transmit URLs or browsing data from any other websites.
The Chrome extension may also collect page content from App Store Connect and Google Play Console pages in order to enable the AI agent to understand the current page context, navigate the console, and perform form-filling actions on your behalf. This page content is processed solely to deliver the requested automation functionality and is not stored beyond what is necessary to complete the action.
The Chrome extension requires an active Froxi AI account. Your extension activity is associated with your Froxi AI account for the purpose of loading your project data, publishing guide, and AI agent configuration.
The Chrome extension does not collect personal data from your general browsing activity, does not access browser history, bookmarks, or saved passwords, and does not operate on any pages outside of App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
We use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functionality, maintain security, and analyse usage of the Services. Where required by law, users in the European Union and the United Kingdom are shown a cookie consent banner and can manage their preferences.

If you connect external platforms such as Google Play Console or App Store Connect, we access data through their APIs solely to provide the requested functionality within Froxi AI. Additionally, the Chrome extension interacts with these platforms within your authenticated browser session to enable the AI agent to navigate pages and perform actions on your behalf. This is distinct from API-based access and operates entirely within your existing logged-in session. The extension does not access, request, or store your developer account credentials.
Any data accessed through Google APIs is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
We do not obtain personal information about you from data brokers or public databases.
We do not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal information, including government-issued identification numbers, health or biometric data, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or sex life information, precise real-time location data, or criminal background information.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the Services. If we become aware that such information has been provided unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We use personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, provide AI-powered functionality, process payments, communicate with users, and maintain security.

When you use AI-powered features, we process your inputs through third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI, in order to generate the requested outputs. These providers are configured not to use your data to train or improve public models.
When you use the AI agent through the Chrome extension, we process page content from your App Store Connect or Google Play Console session in order to enable the agent to understand the current page context, determine the appropriate actions, and perform form-filling and navigation on your behalf. This processing is carried out solely to deliver the automation functionality you have requested and is not used for any other purpose.
We also process personal information to manage subscriptions and payments through Stripe and Stripe Tax, send invoices and receipts, and communicate with you about service-related matters such as security notices or product updates.
Finally, we process information as necessary to maintain the security of the Services, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms and policies, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process personal information only where we have a valid legal basis to do so.

Froxi AI includes AI-powered features designed to assist users with app publishing-related tasks. These features include a context-aware AI assistant that provides guidance and answers questions within the publishing workflow, and an AI agent accessible through the Chrome extension that can navigate pages, fill in form fields, and perform other submission preparation actions within App Store Connect and Google Play Console on your behalf.
When you use the AI assistant, your inputs and relevant contextual information are processed by third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI, in order to generate the requested outputs. When you use the AI agent, page content from your developer console session may also be processed by these providers to enable the agent to understand the page context and determine the appropriate actions. We configure these providers so that user data is not used to train or improve their public models.
The outputs generated by the AI assistant and the actions performed by the AI agent are provided solely to deliver the requested functionality. AI-generated content and automated actions may not always be accurate or complete. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs and actions before confirming or submitting anything in your developer accounts.
You should avoid submitting sensitive or unnecessary personal information when using AI features. Any personal information included in your inputs, reflected in AI outputs, or present in page content processed by the AI agent is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Froxi AI allows you to create an account and authenticate using third-party login services. At present, this includes Google Sign-In, as well as email-based login links.
If you choose to sign in using Google, Google will ask you to authorise the sharing of certain basic profile information with us. This typically includes your name, email address, profile image, and a unique identifier associated with your Google account. We do not receive your Google account password or gain access to other information stored in your Google account.
We use the information received from a social login provider solely to create and manage your Froxi AI account and to authenticate you when you sign in. Your use of third-party login services is also subject to the provider’s own privacy policies and terms, and we encourage you to review those policies separately.
Using social login is optional. If you prefer, you may authenticate using email-based login links instead.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes.

You may delete your account at any time using the self-service deletion functionality available within the platform. While Froxi AI may be used to support the publication of mobile applications intended for children, the platform itself is not designed for use by minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
